Hilary Duff’s on the cover of Maxim magazine issue January 2009. The mag features a Young Hot Hollywood edition and Hilary is one of the Sexiest Stars of 2009.
The article drags Hilary in a comparison with Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears and Paris Hilton and explores her sexier side, now that she’s all grown up (she just turned 21). There’s also an interview, but I’m not going to get into that, it’s just boring. If interested, go get the magazine.
