Katy Perry stepped out in a super tight, short jean dress and put on a leg show. Her shoes make it look like she was just coming from an S&M dungeon and judging by some of the stories that float around about Russel Brand that wouldn't surprise me too much.
Katy might be the perfect woman. She has talent, seems like a cool chick and isn't the least bit shy about showing off her killer body.
