Lindsay Lohan is in Cannes promoting her supposed roll in the upcoming movie about Linda Lovelace. While there she seemed to have a little bit to drink and fall all over the place. She also wore a short dress that showed off her nice legs and decided to squat down and give everyone in the room a nice upskirt. I’m kind of shocked she was wearing panties at all, but if you look closely it looks like there might be a spot on them. I’m not sure if they are dirty, or if Lindsay was turned on and they are a little wet, or what was going on there. What I am sure of is that I think if I get in the same room with her and a few bottles of champagne I have a shot at her. . . at least that is what I tell myself each night as I drift off to sleep.
