Mischa Barton is a very important and busy young lady. She has a lot of things on her mind and maybe that’s why she forgot to put a top on when she went outside with the dog. At least she took her bra.. do you imagine Mischa topless in the park? :)) That would be something you wouldn’t want to miss!
I wonder why that man she’s with didn’t say anything. He just let her wonder around flashing her lingerie all over the park. Maybe he was to embarrassed or he just wanted to do us and everybody on the street a favor. Thanks mate!
